Dr. Jarvis is kind, concerned, knowledgeable and takes time to explain her diagnosis and treatment. She follows up to see how my Pet's are doing. We get appointments in a timely manner whenever they are sick and can easily get needed advice if they have any problems. Dr. Hargus is down to earth and a regular person who obviously loves my babies almost as much as I do and my husband and I really appreciate that. Both dogs really like her.

I love his honesty. He told us what we needed to hear about one of our sick dogs many years ago. He is matter of fact, doesn't talk in "vet language", but so we understand what he is saying, and never made to feel ignorant. Dr. Tim spent about 20 minutes on the phone with me going over options for our Lab, on whether it was cheaper for us to feed her the special dog food, or use the medication. He even went out in his storage to check the price and calculated which would be the better way to go. When our young Lab was having knee issues, he set her up with one vet on the west coast that specialized in the surgery she needed, which gave her an active life again. He is wonderful, and we have referred many pet lovers to him who are also glad he is here for our beloved pets. Dr. Tim CARES about his patients, it shows in his clinic and his employees.

My pets are my family and I want the best for them. I trust that I'm getting the best care possible when we visit la paloma. They're not only good at what they do, but you can tell they ENJOY it too. I've had many places refuse to see Sasha because she is a pit bull but La Paloma welcomed us with open arms. This is a special office and I mean that with all my heart. Truly amazing.

Dr. Hartland literally saved Dante's life. We had just lost my roommate's cat unexpectedly, and we were still trying to recover from her loss when he started displaying the same symptoms she had right before we were forced to put her to sleep. I'd all but lost hope we would be able to figure out what was wrong with Dante, and had already begun to mentally prepare myself to lose him, too. While researching catsonly clinics online, I came across Dr. Hartland's practice, and when he took a sudden turn for the worse, I took a chance and rushed him there instead of taking him to our usual vet. Thanks to Dr. Hartland and her amazing staff, he just turned 3 in March and he's doing great. I don't think he'd still be with us if not for Dr. Hartland and the incredible people who work for her. I'd never dream of taking him to see any vet but her now. I've had so many bad experiences with other vets and how they treat cats, and it's so obvious Dr. Hartland has a passion and a love for these animals. She really goes above and beyond to make sure they're living healthy, happy lives. I know Dante is in the best hands when he's in her care.

Dr. Tim is the most down to earth person you will ever meet. Loves all animals and has taken great care of our two hunting dogs. He wears the best scrubs!!

armstead vet is avery caring vet office. they will call you if you seem concerned about your pet after hous to see if your ok and also the pet. my doctor took my pet home with him because i couldnt stand the thought of him being their all night which was dr silkey the staff has bben their for years and are very caring ive been seeing them since 1998. thank you
